Delivery Period
We offer Express Delivery with a delivery period ranging from 1 to 3 business days within the Poland. Please note that shipping times commence from the day of shipment, not the purchase date. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, incorrect address details, unforeseen circumstances, or external factors.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before11:00 p.m. GMT are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Costs
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of PLN 10.00 for all orders within the Poland.
Method of Delivery
We partner with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, and DHL to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your pet accessories.
Non-Shipping Days
Please note that we do not process orders on poland holidays.
Confirmation of Shipment
Once your pet accessories are dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID. The tracking ID will become active within 24 hours.
